Push Back Pallet Racking

Maximise space, streamline loading, and reduce aisle requirements with our expertly designed push back racking systems.

Why Choose Push Back Racking?

Push back pallet racking is a dynamic, high-density storage system that allows multiple pallets to be stored on inclined carts or rollers within a single lane. It operates on a Last In, First Out (LIFO) basis, ideal for storing products with lower rotation or consistent SKU profiles. If you're looking to reduce the number of aisles in your warehouse while boosting pallet capacity, push back racking is an intelligent, space-saving solution.

How It Works

Each storage lane contains a series of nested carts that roll on slightly inclined rails. When a forklift loads the first pallet, it sits on the top cart. As new pallets are added, they push the existing ones back. During unloading, the front pallet is removed and the ones behind automatically roll forward.
