Two Tier Shelving System for Europe’s largest supplier of industrial and construction products. After winning a new contract drastically increasing the quantity of parts being stored in the hub this customers needed to maximise the available footprint and height of their existing unit.

The Challenge

After a detailed site survey, it was agreed the best option to optimise the space was a two-tier shelving system adding anti-collapse mesh to the top level to stop products falling onto walkway. Tiered shelving systems are a modern shelving solution that make best use of available vertical space. Tiered shelving systems can be a great alternative to mezzanine floors, especially when space is of a premium, as the structure including the floor is fully supported by the shelving frames, eliminating the use of bulky steel columns and beams which can reduce the amount of shelving or storage space available.

This installation completed our contract installing tiered shelving systems for this client across the UK.
